Membership and cancellation

A membership is a recurring payment. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. If you bought a course outright before we moved to a membership, it stays yours and you will never be charged again.

14-day money-back guarantee

The 14-day guarantee applies to the yearly membership. If you are not satisfied, email us at the address below from the account you used within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full to your original payment method. A refund ends the membership: access to the courses stops when the money is returned.

The monthly membership is not covered by the guarantee, and does not need to be: you can cancel at any time before the next payment, so the most you can be out is a single month. None of this affects the rights you have under consumer law where you live.

After 14 days

Payments made more than 14 days before your request are non-refundable. Where consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply.

1:1 lessons

For booked lessons, the rescheduling and cancellation terms shown at the time of booking apply.

How to request a refund

Email info@yuramoskviak.com with the email address on your account. Refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
