One-time purchase, nothing to cancel
Courses are a single payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews and you will never be charged again, so there is no subscription to cancel. Your access does not expire.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a charge. Email us at the address below from the account you used and we will refund that payment to your original payment method.
After 14 days
Payments made more than 14 days before your request are non-refundable. Where consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply.
1:1 lessons
For booked lessons, the rescheduling and cancellation terms shown at the time of booking apply.
How to request a refund
Email info@yuramoskviak.com with the email address on your account. Refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
