About me

I decoded English the hard way — so you don't have to

I'm Yura Moskviak, a Ukrainian-born linguist who has spent more than 14 years helping people actually speak English — not just pass tests, but think in the language and choose the right words without freezing.

My story

I grew up speaking Ukrainian and learned English the way most of my students do — from the outside. But as a linguist, I couldn't accept that a language was just something to memorize. So I took English apart and found the system underneath: the logic that makes every tense, word, and structure make sense. Once I could see it, fluency stopped being a guessing game.

The school that taught me clarity

At 24, I founded a school for students with special needs and ran it for 11 years, growing it to a team of 12 teachers. Teaching learners who needed absolute clarity changed how I teach forever: no jargon, no shortcuts, no "you'll just feel it." Every idea has to be explained so cleanly that it simply clicks. That's the standard I bring to every English lesson.

Why logic, not memorization

English isn't random — it's a precise, logical system. Most teachers hand you a pile of rules to memorize. I show you the one system underneath them, so choosing the right tense or word becomes intuitive instead of stressful. That's the whole idea: stop memorizing, learn the logic.
