Your account

You need an account to buy a course and access it. Keep your login details secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorised use. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Courses and payment

• Course access is sold as a one-time payment through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, in the stated currency.
• You are charged once. There is no recurring billing, no automatic renewal, and no future charges.
• Access does not expire — once a course is paid for it stays available in your account.
• We may change prices or course content, but a price change will not affect a course you have already bought.

1:1 lessons

Lessons are booked through Cal.com. Please respect any rescheduling or cancellation notice shown at the time of booking.

Acceptable use

Course videos and materials are for your personal learning only. You may not share your account, download and redistribute videos, or copy, resell, or publish the materials without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All course content, text, video, and branding on the site are owned by Yura Moskviak or used with permission, and remain our property. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content, not ownership of it.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and courses are provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to help you learn but cannot guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Because purchases are one-time and nothing renews, there is no subscription to cancel. If you want your money back, our refund policy applies as described on the Refund page.

Governing law and contact
