Your account

You need an account to buy a course and access it. Keep your login details secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorised use. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Courses and payment

• Access is sold as a membership through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, in the stated currency.
• A membership renews automatically at the same price — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — until you cancel. We email you at least 30 days before a yearly renewal.
• Access lasts as long as the membership does. After you cancel it continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Courses bought outright before we moved to a membership remain available permanently.
• We may change prices for new members, but the price of an existing membership does not change. For as long as your membership runs without interruption, you keep the price you joined at, even if the public price rises. Courses bought outright before we moved to a membership are unaffected either way.

1:1 lessons

Lessons are booked through Cal.com. Please respect any rescheduling or cancellation notice shown at the time of booking.

Acceptable use

Course videos and materials are for your personal learning only. You may not share your account, download and redistribute videos, or copy, resell, or publish the materials without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All course content, text, video, and branding on the site are owned by Yura Moskviak or used with permission, and remain our property. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content, not ownership of it.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and courses are provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to help you learn but cannot guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Courses bought outright before we moved to a membership stay yours permanently. If you want your money back, our refund policy applies as described on the Refund page.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Questions: info@yuramoskviak.com.
